Payment Methods

Preferred method of payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque Payable to The Masonic Design Company.
We accept payment using any credit card bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo, or any debit card bearing a Switch, Solo or Visa Delta logo. Payments are processed by Paypal, which incurrs a fee of £2.50, we have no access to our customers' financial information.

Trading Policy
It is always our intention to deal with all of our customers promptly, efficiently and fairly at all times. However, occasional problems will arise.

Stock Availability & Prices
Products which are imported specially from many parts of the world may be subject to erratic supply, and we may ask for your patience. Prices are subject to change at times due to fluctuations in exchange rates and to suppliers' price increases and reductions. However we make great efforts to keep these changes to a minimum. We will do our best to inform you of any delays.

Privacy Policy
We record on our computer system the name, address and email address of each of our customers, together with information concerning the purchases made. This information is used purely to enable us to handle orders and to make relevant information available to customers. This information is not made available to other companies or individuals. Subscribers to our Newsletter, Special Offers, and/or Promotions can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@masonicdesign.co.uk with the words "unsubscribe" in the Subject Line. Credit and/or debit card details are processed by Paypal and we are not able to access this information.

Delivery, Postage & Packing Policy
Orders are normally despatched within 7 to 10 days of payment and receipt of images required.  Postage & Packing is free on orders over £149.99. On orders under £150.00 the charge is £3.95 per delivery. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Handling of orders can take a little longer than usual in exceptionally busy periods. We will advise you if there is likely to be any delay.

Whilst we do try to despatch orders promptly, please allow 28 days before enquiring, in case the item which you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. In the event of any item which you have ordered and paid for becoming unavailable from our suppliers, we grant full credit, which can be used against further purchases or is readily refundable in cash on request.

Should there be a problem with your order, which we will gladly rectify, please contact us before you take any other action, so that we can advise you of the most efficient means of dealing with the problem.
